Most customers don’t think about their electricity consumption but notice when their bill breaks the bank. In 2017, SRP presented a pilot project called “Smart Usage Alerts” to notify customers when their electric use is unexpectedly high. Four years later, they’ve leveraged the Smart Alerts analytics to create additional customer services at a small marginal cost.
