A Value-Driven Strategy is one that derives its success from putting value at the forefront and in the foundation of business practices and planning. Value comes in many different forms but can be expressed simplistically as the benefits minus the costs of producing a solution. It is always quantified in the ‘eyes of the customer’ meaning that the benefits must be truly valuable to the person or entity accepting the solution, whether they are paying for it or not.
