Ms. Ferguson has over 20+ years of utility industry experience. She spent 10 years at Idaho Power Company working with control system dispatch to ensure reliable delivery of power. In her career she has worked for EMS vendors, OSIsoft, Doble Engineering, and partnered with small local solution providers as well as large global consulting companies to deliver on client projects. Her experience includes Software Development, Project Management, Process Improvement, Enterprise Analytics, SCADA/EMS/DMS, Asset Management, Partner Management, and Business Strategy.

Ms. Ferguson has served as the WECC EMS Working Group Chair, has been a member of several other WECC working groups. She has a B.S Degree in Physics.
