Dawn Frye is the Smart Grid/Meter Data Manager at Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC). Over the past four years, starting in 2016, Dawn transitioned her 31 years of Information Technology Application Development experiences into managing the Meter Data Operations team. The past four years have recently culminated into the delivery of a robust cloud based operations centric Meter Data Platform. Dawn takes pride in bridging the gap between business operations by leveraging technology capabilities. Dawn has her undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and her MBA from Institute of Florida Technology.
