Jessica Lyman Browne is a Solution Lead and Principle Consultant for Black & Veatch’s Global Advisory division. In this role, Ms. Lyman Browne supports utilities in strategic planning, business case development, solution selection, program design and implementation, change management and organizational planning, data analytics, and operations management of transformational Smart Grid programs. Prior to Black & Veatch, Jessica worked at ICF International in support of EPA’s ENERGY STAR® program focused residential appliances. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon in 2012 with a M.S. in Energy Science, Technology & Policy, Jessica interned at the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) where she supported the Green Button initiative and participated in a CEQ led, inter-agency effort, to streamline high power transmission line permitting. Jessica also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and originally started her career in the aerospace industry.
