Enabling Operational Excellence through the development and delivery of advanced analytics and visual management. Brad has been with Consumers Energy for 19 years. Throughout his career he has led analytics, operations, and performance coaching teams. In each of his roles, Brad ensured that problem solving, and decision making were rooted in using sound data practices. Brad is a husband and proud father of 2 young women and loves watching them chase their dreams.
