It has coalesced a product team representing diverse IT and business stakeholders, considered market offerings, developed proofs of concept and developed a solution that streamlined data workflows, prepared data, and established and tested AI/ML models for prediction of power outages in San Antonio, Texas (the 7th largest city in the country). Since deployment of its latest product release, the team has been focused on online AI/ML performance monitoring and enhanced efforts to drive adoption and communication of outage impacts.
